Software Development Plan
Planned IT Solutions, Inc. offers custom software development.  This plan is designed to provide a winning situation both for your company and Planned IT Solutions.  Successful business relationships are built upon finding ways to create a win for both sides of the relationship. (We and us, below refer to Planned IT Solutions, Inc.  You and yours, below, refer to your company.)
Freedom Plan:
  • We develop custom software to your company’s specifications using the life-cycle approach discussed previously
  • The planning, architecting, development and testing will be charged at rate of $100.00/hour, with complete documentation of the work performed provided.
  • Once the Deployment Phase is reached, you will be granted an exclusive license to resell binary copies of the software product under your brand name, with no additional license fees charged by us.
  • You will be responsible for development of user and administrator documentation.  We will provide the system expertise necessary to allow you to develop that documentation as part of the development process.
  • We retain the copyright to the developed software source-code.
  • We will perform requested maintenance at that by mutual agreement, fits within the category of bug fixes at a reduced rate (to be determined by mutual agreement)
  • We will continue to pursue with your company, the software development life-cycle for any future releases, or versions, of the software product.
  • If desired, arrangements can be made for a source-code license that you may use independently of us.
